Class Description: The 3M DI-NOC Architectural Finishes Preferred Installer Program is comprised of two elements: a two day training course and a one day testing session.

Days 1 & 2: Training: We will cover the skills and knowledge necessary to apply DI-NOC architectural films in an interior design setting. Completion of the training will allow participants to complete DI-NOC applications using appropriate materials, tools and techniques. Applications include, but are not limited to, flat surfaces, door wrapping, complex curves, corners and more. In addition to application techniques, other training topics include surface preparation, installation considerations, and maintenance and repair recommendations.

Day 3: Testing: Successful completion of this test earns participants 3M’s DI-NOC Architectural Finishes Preferred Installer designation. This one-day test is comprised of 8 different application stations that participants are required to successfully complete. Application techniques tested are taught during the training session. Participation in the training and testing does not guarantee earning the 3M DI-NOC Architectural Finishes Preferred Installer designation.

This training is designed for the trainee who does not want to align himself/herself with any one particular manufacturer.

You will leave with a Certificate of Completion. When you have mastered your installation techniques after some practice, you can take the next step to further your accreditation by successfully passing an installation test within twelve (12) months of your original training. Once you have passed the test, you will receive the title of 3M Paint Protection Film Preferred Installer.

Class Description: The 3M Vehicle Color Change program is a three-day course dedicated to teaching installers how to install 3M Wrap Film Series 2080. Students learn the fundamental skills and knowledge necessary to advance in the personal auto industry. The trainer emphasizes hands-on training using the proper application tools to help installers succeed in real-world situations. On the third day, installers have the option to continue training or attempt the installation test if they feel confident in their skillset. Installers who take and pass the test will earn the 3M Vehicle Color Change Preferred Installer accreditation. Students who are new to the industry (or who have less than a year of experience) are advised not to take the test.

Training Fee: $1,650.00 / person (includes installation tools and lunch)

Class Description: Energy Products Distribution (EPD) offers a one (1) day training class designed to expose the trainee to the basics of sun control and decorative window films installation on commercial windows. By no means will you leave an expert, but you should leave with the skillset necessary to practice – and practice makes perfect.
