EPD is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to change pricing or policy at any time without notice.

EPD reserves the right not to process an order for any reason, including but not limited to miscalculated shipping, miscalculated sales tax, and product availability.

Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Not all prices include applicable Shipping & Handling. Shipping & Handling will be added to all applicable items.

Prices do not include applicable sales tax. Sales tax will be charged on applicable items without a valid resale certificate on file. Click here to submit your resale certificate for review.

Not all items may be in stock at time of purchase. The item(s) will ship when available.

Some items may be discontinued and may not be marked as such.
Requirements of Training

Training fees are non-refundable within 2 weeks of class date. However, we are happy to reschedule you to another class if you’re unable to attend the one for which you registered.

Please reschedule free of charge if you are sick or injured. Otherwise, you may be asked to do so when you arrive.

Please arrive on time each day.

All classes are conducted in English.

No recording is permitted.

Please keep phones on silent mode so that other trainees are not distracted. There are scheduled breaks when you can return calls and messages.

Many training classes require the use of knives and blades. As such, proper clothing and attire are required. No open-toed shoes are permitted.

Only scheduled / enrolled trainees are permitted to attend training.
Return Policy
No item may be returned without prior authorization from EPD. We may take back certain items at our sole discretion within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase. To request a return, contact us at [email protected] and list the item(s) and state the reason for the return request. A restocking fee of 15% will apply for each item being returned. EPD will credit the Buyer's account the refunded amount to be used for a future purchase. Buyer will pay for all shipping and transportation costs associated with returning the item(s) to EPD.
Under no circumstances will EPD accept returns on the following items:
- Partial Rolls and Split Rolls, even if they are still awaiting pickup from EPD's warehouse
- Discontinued or Clearance items
- Items that were special ordered
- Items not purchased from EPD
- DI-NOC not part of 3M’s Quick Ship Program
- Items that are not in their original box and packaging
- Items where the original box and packaging are damaged
Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and their delivery timelines are not guaranteed. EPD will not provide refunds because FedEx or UPS failed to deliver on time.

Shipping rates are based on Dimensional Weight and not Actual Weight per carrier’s rules and regulations.


Partial Roll Policy
-
EPD will split a roll’s width for an extra charge (i.e. 60” cut 24”/36”) with up to 1/4” tolerance in either direction. You will need to purchase the entire roll. Split rolls may not be returned.

Partial / Split / Segmented Rolls are non-refundable and may not be returned, even if they are still awaiting pickup from EPD’s warehouse.
Miscellaneous
-
Remember that any blade can cut or scratch glass. EPD will not be held responsible for damaged glass.
