Flat glass window film typically requires a light gap to meet the manufacturer’s specification. The gap is often 1/16″-1/8″ wide. Cut the light gap straight and true with a sharp blade edge and the Gray 5-Way Trim Guide.
This trim guide can also be used to bump a film’s edge to remove leftover slip solution. Simply wrap the tool’s edge in an approved paper towel and press out any water.
