3M Edge Sealer 3950 forms a watertight seal between film and substrate to help ensure a quality installation. Can be used on 3M graphic and wrap vinyls, 3M Cooling Film, and 3M DI-NOC Architectural Finishes. Do not use on painted surfaces.
Includes felt dauber for application. 8 oz can.
