It is this tear resistance that makes unwanted entry more difficult.
3M safety film and attachment system help to prevent glass from breaking and in the event it does break, help to hold that broken glass in place within the frame. The film and attachment system are designed to delay entry, not necessarily prevent it, giving those nearby more time to seek safety and emergency personnel more time to respond.
Where to Install Residential Safety & Security Film
A thorough recommendation should be provided by a security expert, but typical areas of installation include basement and first-floor windows and glass doors (hinged or sliding).
